The welcome at Reception was super (thank you Bridget) and the room was super, large enough for myself, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was well set up, and a very good shower.
Breakfast was 10/10 - my only criticism was the portion was huge, but for some, I am sure it would meet the needs.
Service throughout was great.
The location was also outstanding, a short walk to busy streets on one side and the park on the other; enables you to see a lot of Bristol's offerings.
