The room was large and clean, it was very quiet considering it's location, very close to the station, we parked our car in the station car park, it's about a 5 minute walk from there.
Good value for the money, breakfast was good too.
Would highly recommend.

It's a nice hotel. The lift was appreciated. The roo. was good-sized (for European standards), clean and comfortable. However, there was a buth tub with a shower... that didn't have either a bathroom courtain nor a glass partition, so showering or washing your hair was a challenge

It was a life saving booking after a horrible experience with the Riverside Inn in Ely. Staff were very helpful compared to the Riverside Inn. Restaurant is nice. We had a great time.

We had room no 1 which was in the main pub building. It was huge, had its own ensuite shower/toilet, really comfy bed, tv, tea & coffee making facilities, an iron & board, hairdryer, vanity table and chair and plenty of mirrors, lights and plug sockets plus 2 large windows. It is ideally located, just around the corner from Cambridge train station and only a short stroll to get to the main attractions of the City.
Location, breakfast and room. The concierge (Jorgen) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and was very helpful in explaining how to get to Heathrow Airport from Cambridge train station (at present there are works on the line during the weekends).
Excellent basic accommodation. Our host was so kind and helpful. Two twin beds, private bath. No common room or kitchen available to guests, but it was a great place to sleep comfortably and inexpensively in a safe part of town. Quiet residential neighborhood an easy 10 minute walk from the Cambridge train station. 25 minute walk to the historic part of town. One unexpected bonus was that A&B guesthouse is across the street from an official YHA hostel, where you can purchase coffee and basic breakfast very inexpensively.
Our first time to use ibis and it exceeded our expectations! Great location,just outside Cambridge train station,near the bus stop going to the city center and surrounded by restaurants/shops.
The room is a good size,comfy beds though the double bed is basically a single bed ..breakfast has a good variety and spacious dinning area.
I would definitely recommend.
