The staff were exceptional.Kyle was welcoming and ensured we had a room with easy access. We needed to leave before breakfast was really open. We were able still to get to all of the Buffet and the chef made me a bacon sandwich before starting time for breakfast.
Suzanna was a very pleasant and attentive waitress at dinner which was as expected

A beautifully appointed little cottage - perfect for a couple. Very pleasant and kind hosts. Great location, just over the road from a large and interesting lake with plenty of wildlife. Just a few minutes from Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Exbury Gardens and Brockenhurst. Very comfortable and has a lovely attached conservatory which is a sun trap. Hosts had supplied milk, eggs and bread, as well as tea and coffee. Good little farm shop only a few hundred yards away with butcher and all other vital supplies. Secure location with gated access.
The staff were exceptional, all of them. The location was great, walked to Bucklers hard from hotel. Grounds were so well kept and a lovely area to sit out. The room was warm and bed was comfy. It had a lovely ambience about the whole place.

Breakfast pack was great and had everything you needed. Nice toiletries provided in the bathroom to use. 10 minutes drive from places like Bucklers Hard and Beaulieu Motor Museum.

Everything. The location is amazing. The staff, particularly Nicky on reception, were wonderful, smiling all the time, very efficient and going above expectations. The dining room for breakfast and dinner was beautiful, looking out over the river. Food was delicious. My room was very nice and very clean. The cottage is charming and is located right on the high street making the location ideal for several walks from Beaulieu including to Bucklers Hard. Ed and Beg are lovely and we had lovely evenings chatting to them and sharing stories in the gorgeous garden.
Beautiful little country cottage in a perfect, quiet location with walking routes on the door step. Close to Bucklers Hard and Beaulieu - the prettiest part of that forest. The cottage has everything you could possibly want and we will definitely be back!
Exceptional location and historical significance building ships in the 18th Century. A beautiful and easy 2 mile walk to Beaulieu and a really interesting naval museum in Bucklers Hard adjacent to the hotel. The hotel itself is a lovely (if in places a bit tired) period property with a 70s (but comfortable) extension out back where some of the rooms are. Food is good crowd pleasing fare (burger etc) but nicely cooked.
