Great location on seafront and we were lucky enough to get one of the free parking outside which was a major bonus. Price was very reasonable. Staff were pleasant and efficient and the room was just right for a one night stay, very tidy and clean. Very happy about all aspects of our stay.

Walk along the boardwalk past the boats and restaurants and at the end you can see Roedean School. If you're feeling energetic you can carry on by the undercliff walk past the Asda supermarket and cinema and visit Rottingdean or carry on along the coast.
