Breakfast was optional but did not choose it (GBP7.50 extra not too expensive). Room comfortable but as expected for London small. No room for decent chair to sit on, basically double bed, side tables and little desk with kettle. Small fridge, rain shower. Close to Hendon Station

I liked the relatively early check-in time of 2 pm. The room was comfortable. I cannot judge the breakfast, since I had to leave earl. Sorry I missed it.
