This was the perfect stop for us for an overnight in London. The restaurant & bar area was really warm and welcoming as we arrived and the staff were very attentive in giving us a walk around to make sure we knew where everything was. The room itself was clean, comfortable and way more than we were expecting. Every detail has been carefully through about, from the toiletries in the beautiful bathroom to the pieces of art on the walls. We felt a little like we were on a spa stay and wished we’d booked another night.
Bed was very comfy and room clean. Damaged furniture and lamp broke but all together OK. Air con unit was useless though, old and rickety.
Lovely daytime host, super friendly and charming.
We loved the location of this hotel. It only took us 10 mins on foot into Hampstead and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of nearby shops too on Finchley Road. The room was comfortable and quiet. They had a wonderful breakfast in the morning too.
