Nice room, with a mountain view. Bed was large and comfortable with a great range of pillows .The weather was particularly warm and the bed quilt was a winter quilt .We had to request a fan in order to sleep .Nice bathroom and walk in shower with a separate bath. Toiletries were good Quality. On the first day we spoke to Ian Barkhill who was very helpful and gave us great advice as to the local area. Breakfast was really good with a good choice. We were served by Celyn Samuel for the three mornings . Celyn was really helpful friendly and went out of her way to make sure that we were happy .Thank you Celyn!! Hotel has a great location, close to Bodnant Gardens, with easy access to Conwy and Llandudno. The railway station is within walking distance from the Hotel. We felt that we had a personal experience. Thank you.

The location was great, I chose it due to being just 8 minutes away from Bodnant Gardens, and it has good views of the River Conwy and surrounding countryside. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The food is of a high standard and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
We had a very warm welcome from Sandra. Breakfast was great and the room very clean and comfortable. Ample and easy parking. Very well located for the Conwy valley including Bodnant garden.
Breakfast and dinner were very ample well cooked and a good variety suiting most tastes. Room was a good size and included good storage space and a well laid out en- suite with bath. Location very good as town of Conwy only 5 minutes drive away, and excellently placed to visit the NT Bodnant Garden within close proximity. Good mountain views and easy parking on-site
Value for money. All comments must be taken in context of price of one night stay. Well provisioned. Room quite small. Washbasin not in bathroom. Clean but bathroom in need of upgrading. Breakfast not included. Excellent situation for visiting Bodnant gardens.
The Breakfast basket was delivered to our room at precisely the time we requested, assorted breads and granola with yogurt, coffee, juice...the perfect beginning for a delightful sojourn through Conwy and the surrounding area, in particular Bodnant Gardens, which were heavenly. The location is literally a stones throw away from the Conwy castle walls. Our Hosts were delights and will make every effort to make you feel right at home.
Comfy cottage, beautiful location, loved the conservatory and woodland views at the back. Fantastic location within the grounds of Conwy Water Gardens. Asian otters, lake with ducks and pancake house, all on the doorstep. Footpaths from the door up on to the moors. Within 15 mins drive of Conwy Castle, Llandudno, Bodnant Gardens, Betws y Coed, ZipWorld.
Everything. The owners made us very welcome with tea/coffee and Bara Brith upon arrival, the house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and a stunning view from the bedroom. Very convenient for visiting Bodnant Garden and Conwy.
