Such a beautiful hotel! I travel a lot with work and have to say this is one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. Plenty of plug sockets including USB ports. Staff very welcoming and made the whole process of checking in/out very simple. Would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely amazing place!
An absolutely amazing place! Definitely worth the £15 entrance fee, especially if you're going in spring. You can easily spend the whole day here. We walked around for 3 hours and had to leave before we finished the whole route because it was already closing time unfortunately!

Its my favourite garden in Britain. Go towards the end of the day to avoid the coaches and / or visit out of season - there is a beautiful Winter garden but there is always something wonderful to see at any time of year if you like plants

Location is very good - very close to the train station. Stayed here as a base for visiting powis castle and Bodnant Gardens. Room was spacious and big. Bed was comfy. Everywhere was clean. Breakfast was good with a Welsh breakfast. WiFi was good. Lounge area was nice.
Gorgeous sea view, beautiful sunset, spacious room, fresh air. Could make tea and instant coffee, but no espresso. We came by train from London and used public transport to go to Conwy Castle, Llandudno and Bodnant garden. Breakfast made on order was fresh and a nice touch. Could get espresso or cappuccino when asking for some. The nicest lunch and dinner we had at Telfords bistro in Conwy. Highly recommend mussels in wine with sourdough bread - heaven!
A private apartment of high quality in every respect with very thoughtful touches. Comfort was exceptional as was the ease of access, clear communication and welcome. A central Conwy location with excellent access to the seafront and Bodnant Gardens.
The location is fabulous very quiet and yet near enough to amenities and especially to Bodnant Gardens… The family who own the Manor are lovely nothing was too much trouble and very efficient service in the Restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast… would certainly recommend!
The bedroom had everything we needed and a very large en-suite!
The hosts were very pleasant, a good breakfast, views good location good, a short walk from Conwy and short drive to Llandudno and Bodnant garden, an half hour from Anglesey.
The location was great, I chose it due to being just 8 minutes away from Bodnant Gardens, and it has good views of the River Conwy and surrounding countryside. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The food is of a high standard and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
We had a very warm welcome from Sandra. Breakfast was great and the room very clean and comfortable. Ample and easy parking. Very well located for the Conwy valley including Bodnant garden.
Value for money. All comments must be taken in context of price of one night stay. Well provisioned. Room quite small. Washbasin not in bathroom. Clean but bathroom in need of upgrading. Breakfast not included. Excellent situation for visiting Bodnant gardens.
