The Grand Hotel, hotel in Eastbourne

This magnificent 5-star hotel faces the beach from King Edward's Parade. It offers luxurious accommodation, 2 award-winning restaurants, and both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

Food absolutely excellent especially taster menu and wine flight in Mirabelle. My daughter and I loved room 328 especially with the little dressing room. Beds and bed linen very comfortable. Appreciated the 'turndown' service. Forgot to tell anyone but the nespresso machine leaks! We will be back in 2026 as next year it is my grand-daughter's wedding at the same time as the tennis! Porters all excellent and most welcoming. This is my fourth stay.

The location is just next to the mountain and beachy head. The accommodation is absolutely spotless and the owner has prepared all essential facilities. It's easy to get there using bus from the station. It's worth the money. There are several restaurants, cafe and supermarkets nearby, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Amazing rooms, really cool pub, great food, great location at the base of the hill to Beachy Head. The photos do not do the room or pub justice. I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Eastbourne and won’t go anywhere else now I’ve found this place. Just fantastic! Ask for room 3 with the bath!

All staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, with a very lovely hairy assistant! (dog). Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty to select from and easily fueled our walk up to beachy head.

Reasonably easy to find a parking space on surrounding roads. Great location for walking along the waterfront, to pier and town centre, and up to Beachy Head.
