The woman who checked us in and out is one of the most professional and gracious front desk staff I have met in a long time. :) She made a favorable impression. The room was lovely with nice firm mattresses. Breakfast was really perfect for us with a nice assortment. Coffee is surprisingly good!

Location - perfect!
Room - lovely! Everything wanted - lovely bath, all amenities, although the cupboards were a little impractical for access and hanging clothes ( too small.)
Staff absolutely wonderful! So helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist and advise. Particularly Audrey and Auriane ( hope I spelt that right!) We were booked for Xmas Eve and Xmas Day and they both saved the days by arranging restaurants and transport when most places were closed. So, staff - perfect!
And the chef did a lovely breakfast.
