Everything was beautiful - we upgraded to Red Level and it was completely worth it. Beautiful sanctuary in the middle of Madrid, close to the Teatro Real where we enjoyed an opera and many beautiful restaurants around. Thank you to Roberto for his high quality of service.

Location is excellent, right on Plaza Mayor and all the major attractions, easy to get in and out with a wheelchair, we had one to the adapted rooms and it was very well thought of.

I loved the pool and terrace on the top floor. Actually the bed was very good, with both pillows and blankets which translated in a very comfortable night. The stuff was rather attentive. It was convenient to use tv with chromecust. Breakfast was ok as well.

Excellent Opera house, with a great seat pretty much anywhere, as it is a medium size opera house. Saw the NY Met's version of Medea last season, which was great, but the production here was even better! Note that online booking system has a 3D visualizer when choosing seating and none are cheap, but a fair value for the quality of the production.

Absolutely Fabulous Location!
5 min walk from Opera metro - received email before I arrived giving very clear instructions on how to get to apartment from airport.
The front desk staff were so lovely and friendly and always very helpful! Thank You!
Apartments are right next to Teatro Real and opposite the Palace which was ideal for exploring!
