Excellent location. Hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. There was a small table with a basic chair and good lighting, which allowed for doing video calls. The bar in the lobby was really nice. Staff was friendly - checkin, checkout went very smoothly.

We were given a complimentary upgrade to a better room at check-in and thouroughly enjoyed every aspect of our 4 nights in the Only You hotel. The buffet breakfast offerings offered a great selection of fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, meats and other assorted delights. Staff were attentive and friendly and made our stay a true joy. We able to walk to all of the sites that we wanted to get to and enjoyed a number of great bars and restaurants in Madrid. A wonderful hotel in a magical and special city.
