Our two-night stay at Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid was absolutely wonderful. This beautifully restored 19th-century palace was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The hotel’s modern design, paired with charming Colonial details, created a unique and elegant atmosphere.
Our room was quiet and luxurious, with thoughtful touches that made the experience unforgettable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was a standout, featuring a heated towel rack that added an extra level of comfort, along with soft robes, and slippers.
The hotel’s lounge area was a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere with delicious cocktails. Breakfast was equally impressive, it was the perfect way to start each day.
The location was ideal, surrounded by trendy dining and shopping options, and the hotel itself felt like a peaceful escape from the city’s energy. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for an amazing stay.
This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return on our next trip to Madrid!

The view was scenic.
The view was scenic. It is a large park so wear comfortable shoes and have back up camera or charger to recharge if you are in to photography. I visited in the fall so I guarantee you that it would be far vibrant in the summer or spring. Enjoy.

Everything, the apartment was in an excelent location in the heart of Alcalá, its a 5 minute walk to the Retiro park and metro, many restaurants are close to it.
Breakfast was, as other reviewers have said, really wonderful. Lots of variety to choose from and a great start to the day. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was in was in easy walking distance to museums, Retiro park, the botanical garden and the Atocha train station. Comfortable bed and clean room. We liked the hotel so much, we came back again for another 4 nights before leaving Spain.
Everything about this hotel was perfect! Incredibly quiet. Beautifully decorated and clean. The staff were really helpful - a particular thank you to Sebastian in the bar! The location was perfect as well - about 10 minutes to Retiro Park in one direction, 10 minutes to Plaza Mayor in the other. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
Location was great! Very close to the Atocha train station, the art museums, and Retiro Park. It was very quiet and it was safe. I highly recommend this!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Salamanca, just steps from the metro, and near El Retiro Park. The room was clean and very comfortable, making it a great choice for a short stay.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was really nice. My room was super comfortable. Great wi-fi connection which was important because I had to work remotely. Located right next to El Retiro Park, there was a metro stop just across the street from the hotel and it was super easy to get to the center. I would definitely stay here again!
The location is terrific. Quiet and so walkable. Perfect for Retiro Park, the museums, Plaza Mayor, Puerto del Sol, Gran Via, the Atocha Train station and just exploring. Coffee shops and restaurants are everywhere. Beds are comfortable. Be sure to visit the Caixa museum right next door and its beautiful top floor cafe.
Like usually (not my first time in the hotel) was great, the staff always amazing, the hotel is near to retiro park, i love to go walk there…love this hotel
