We were in Madrid for a wedding and there were 3 couples all staying in this hotel and everyone had a great experience. The beds were very comfortable, the curtains were blackout, the rooms were kept very clean, iron and ironing board in the room and the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful and accommodating. We were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. Superb location too!
