Olivia Hotel has a perfect location, near Rambla, 15-minute walk to Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. The hotel staff was a 10. I received a room upgrade; the room was prepared sometime before check-in time, and the free time area was welcoming, with coffee and pastries. I appreciated the bottle of cava received in the room. It matched the image of the Catalunya market seen from the 10th floor.

Some excellent views of Barcelona. Even with the discount tickets, it was too expensive for what was offered. Had entrance been less expensive, I would give the experience a better rating because it was a nice stop and stroll.

We went here to watch the Flamenco dancing, and it was a bonus that we got free admittance to this historical village. It is a beautiful little place with lots of little shops were local craftsmen sell their goods i.e. jewellery, pottery etc. We were surprised it was so empty when we went.
