There were a lot of thoughtful touches and extra amenities - the breakfast in the fridge, the toaster, corkscrew, wine glasses, cutlery, etc. It all made for a smoother stay. The location is perfect too - it’s in a quieter area, which was ideal for me. There are a few restaurants around, and it’s located right across the street from the tram, which makes it easy to get to the city centre, and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach.

Location was perfect, we didn't even plan to use public transportation, but it was so close to the tram and the bus stop, that we couldn't resist;) it is also very close to the beach.
Breakfast was nice, although I lack some more vegetables, the products there were high quality. Seriously, it all tasted like homemade organic.
Room interior and the rooftop were amazing as well. We've been in November and there was no one in the rooftop, and it was still warm to sit there.

Amazing location just 3min walk from the beach. The apartment is located near the side of Postiguet beach that is not flooded by bathers and has the only chiringuito (beach restaurant) that is actually on the beach. Contrary to the location of other apartments there is no need to climb or go down stairs to get to the beach. Super clean apartment with everything you might need. The host was super nice and flexible.
I was welcomed by the host who was waiting for me. I could find some esentials in the kitchen like cold water, beer and spices. The apartment is just about 10-12 minutes walk from the Postiguet beach, and very near to the center. You'll find a few shops within walking distance.
Perfect location- easy access from/to the airport, only with bus C6. In the real heart of Alicante, on the pedestrian area- all restaurants, shops, the Santa Barbara castle, Postiguet beach , are very close. The host Thomas is very helpful. He sent the info for check in before we arrived. The photos of booking are real, the apartment is the same like on photos. Thanks Thomas! We had a wonderful 4 days in beautiful Alicante :)
This apartment is very centrally located in a great, safe neighborhood, just a few blocks away from Postiguet Beach and the Esplanada d'Espanya. It is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and totally supplied with all essential items needed for your stay (except food). The hostess was readily available and greeted us when we arrived to give us a walk-thru and some recommendations for the area.

Everything. The apartment was new, good size, nice bed, great shower, with all the amenities we needed. The staff is wonderful. The location is great, close to all the attractions in Alicante, close to the Postiguet beach, in the city center with an area full of good restaurants.
I stayed only once night and I chose it because of its convenient location, close to the centre and to the Postiguet beach.
The hotel is quite new, nicely done. My room was clean, with single bed, coffee kettle and safe box available, and fridge (empty) as well. Bathroom was all also quite nice, with all necessary toiletries, except body lotion. Wifi worked nicely. Good option for short stay.
