Mean minded and petty staff. Over priced. The food at the buffet is tasteless plastic. This hotel falls well short of the spectacular aesthetic one is initially greeted with. The namaste greetings and message of peace love and harmony is difficult to reconcile with the little facsist who would not let me leave the breakfast buffet with one pancake for my child who was sick in the room. (The breakfast had already been paid for.) booked a room with two beds. The hotel refused to properly confirm the reservation. Booked with dinner included. The hotel refused to honour this

This hotel DOES NOT have functioning WiFi.
The concierge desk is pointless. I have no expectation that anyone “should” speak english. However they claim to provide multilingual services and they do not. I speak English German and French. But understand that in this hotel you need to speak Spanish or they can not communicate.
Any semblance of having fun or craic in the swimming pools is frowned upon. The life guard lost his mind when a small english three year old a tiny ball in the pool.
The replace looks pretty and this are amazing. Bit of you want a good experience in terms of service, food and friendliness give it a miss. If you need internet to work don’t go here. I was charged for a cappuccino and drinks I did not have or order!!! I just paid because we were in a hurry and arguing would have been too much hassle.
Hotel Presidente 4 sup is set just 820 feet from Levante Beach and offers free internet in public areas. There is an outdoor pool, which is not heated in the winter.
Hotel Helios Benidorm is set 1640 feet from Levante Beach, in the heart of the touristic area of Benidorm.

Not much to complain about, it's a decent place for a short stay like I had. But I'd rather stay in Alicante next time.
Very comfy soft pillows, thumbs up for that.
Location is good in my opinion as it's a bit away from the noisy streets, yet quite close from the sea side and bars when you need them.
Parking situation is a bit confusing but you have three options essentially:
1. Free parking just next to the hotel at the open Aparcamiento parking. The parking is unpaved, so super dusty and quite busy as well.
2. Street parking can be paid either with cash through parking machine or MOVILTIK app.
3. You can use nearby garage parking, called PARKING AVDA DEL DERRAMADOR which just behind the hotel building.
If you choose to use the garage parking bare in mind the following. The entrance right after the Hotel Riviera Beachotel. The Helios hotel has designated number of spots in the parking and once those are filled in, they'll tell you that the parking is full. But the garage is large and has way more spots, so just go in there and make a deal yourself with the guy there. Note, the garage is closed at night, but if you need your car during late hours, tell them and they'll give you the key to open the gates. For the entrance, the keyhole is right at the bend up the hill on a small pole.

The mattresses were lovely also and new. Plus the fridge freezer was big and seperate balcony for my friend to smoke on was another good thing as my chest suffers around smoke
The hotel is in a prime location centered between the beach, bars and restaurants. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially Ovidio who was the graveyard shift receptionist that helped book my taxi for the airport and also told me about cool bars and restaurants in the area.
Clean, good transit accomodation. Good for transport links. Walking distance into Benidorm although if it's hot worth thinking about a bus tram or taxi. Pleasant staff and if paying for a meal we had dinner there and decent value.

Room was comfortable, roomy with a balcony. Bed was very large and firm, bathroom actually had a bath and shower. Meals were excellent with lots of choice for all tastes and plenty of it, even seconds and many cups of coffee. It was my Wifes bitrthday during our stay and we were pleasantly surprised to be presented with a bottle of Champange in an ice bucket with two glasses and a birthday card, we can only assume they used the information on the passport, very lovely thought.
Bright clean spacious reception with 2 lifts to all floors. Friendly staff. Clean apartments with all you need for self catering, cleaning pack, soft fluffy towels, power shower and coffee pod drinks maker. Plenty good bars n clubs around it but didnt hear them too much. Some good shops and supermarkets for things youve forgotten. Short walk to the beach. Only 10mins wander from Alicante Airport bus stop on Avd Europa
Lovely little hotel, basic but clean. Helpful, friendly.staff. Only 5 mins walk to the beach front. Thoughtful staff, even gave us a cold bottle of water for the return airport shuttle as we were up so early for it.
Stunning hotel in a great location, central to most places. close to bus stop from airport so transfer doesn’t have to cost a fortune too!
