Beautiful small hotel, with modern facilities. It was in an excellent location, just steps away from the beach, and yet it was exceptionally quiet. Free parking practically in front of the door, along the avenue. As a single traveler, I stayed in the Stockholm room, their only single room. It was small but cozy and comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. Very friendly staff. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for a long time, and very reasonably priced.

Pretty and tastefully updated hotel with a large room. The closet area separated from the bedroom was very convenient. Bottled water replaced daily was a nice touch. Great public transportation nearby. Cafeteria on site has great coffee and service.

The location was excellent, in the heart of Santander but not in the middle of all the noise of the city. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff treated us like family.

Lovely central square where local people meet especially in the early evening. Very friendly, very communal. Great place for people watching. Couple of outdoor eating spots, a bandstand and benches dotted around. We were there in September, and there were organised activities for the children such as arts and crafts and first aid, which was lovely to see.

We received a very friendly welcome even though there was a language barrier. The room was spotlessly clean, location excellent and breakfast good. The Plaza Pombo is great value for money.
The location is great and there is a parking lot nearby for 16 euros per night! The iconic Plaza Pombo is really close and the apartment is just a 6 min walk from Centro Botin. Fernando is an excellent host, and even recommended some really good places to eat!
