We decided not to even attempt parking garage after reading reviews nd instead parked at Apacadeiro Urzaiz. It was $15 day on the Welgood App which worked perfectly for us. Highly recommend. To exit onto highway use the Lepanto exit, very easy.

Initially we had concerns about the location but with the use of the handy public lift and the excellent bus service the location was tops for us. The lift in the apartment block to the 5th floor made for easy living and the magnificent sunsets and sea views were beautiful. Super easy checkin & friendly contact from the host. The Apartment was modern, bright, clean, tastefully laid out and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay.
It's a good option for people on the budget, it's located amazingly, very close to the city centre and the port. The guests were very respectful coming into their rooms late at night ( it was one of my worries as you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms) .
The workers at the reception were welcoming and even mentioned to us some concerts and events that we could go to during our stay.
Our room was large with a huge balcony, overlooking the beach. The bed was very spacious and the cleaning was done daily and throroughly. All the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautifully clean with plenty of comfy beds. We ate in the Italian restaurant on site once, which was very good. There are several local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The walk into the centre of Vigo is an hour but OK.
Well located along the camino, our spacious Junior Suite at the NH Collection Vigo was on an upper floor with sloping ceilings and views of the main street and cathedral. On arrival our bed was made up in a king configuration, but once I spoke with reception and explained I didn't want to share a bed with my sister, housekeeping came immediately to change to twin beds. An easy walk to the historic old town, cafes, restaurants, farmacias, and supermercados. I would definitely recommend.
The spa facilities were great, the room had cool features in it and the location was brilliant and despite bad customer service I received from most of the staff I came in contact with at several points during my stay, I appreciated that the hotel director took the time to contact me to try and make things right once I checked out. Bruno was the only customer-facing staff member that was decent and kind - he apologised for his colleagues mistakes despite him not being at fault.
The apartment is very well positioned in the center, a short distance from any objective in Vigo, including the port from where you can go on a trip to the Cies Islands! Everything is very clean and new, with great attention paid to details! We felt very well in this apartment and thank you once again!
The room had great space, with a nice desk, good lighting and a big mirror. The bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. As for the bed, it was confortable and the size was great for two people.
Concerning location, it is located near the marine and there's a lot of nice bars right beside it. It is also easy to walk to the Gran Via and other famous streets/visiting points such as the Rua Pescadería.
The hotel has a parking garage which is good since there's no free/available parking in town.
I have stayed in numerous hotels in Vigo and, as far as customer service is concerned, this was far and away the best. All the staff I dealt with, from Sole and colleagues to the staff in the breakfast room, addressed each request I had with energy and pleasant professionalism, and were warmly attentive at all times. I would stay here again without hesitation.
The location and cleanliness of the hotel was very nice, but more importantly to me, especially Ms. Mary, Mr. Fernando and whose other name I can't remember (I'm very sorry to him), always treated me like Guest Brothers. I thank them once again in your presence.
