The location is very good, a 10-minute walk to the Prado with several restaurants within 2 blocks. Staff helpful and friendly. A bar tucked in the back of the lobby with free light snacks from 4-7. We sat at the bar and enjoyed talking with the bartender.

Highly recommended. Lovely hotel, very comfy bed and right in the heart of Madrid. Laundry service 🥰: everything returned spotless within 24 hours. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Good recommendations for sights and eats.

The breakfast was fantastic and had a huge range of options. Again, the staff at breakfast were wonderful.
The location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the Puerta de Sol. I enjoy running and it was a short run to Retiro Park. We walked to the Prado and Sofia art galleries but there is a main road with buses a short walk away.
