Wonderful hotel, very peaceful. Plenty of space despite being a large hotel. Room was beautiful. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Spa was also perfect for a massage and relaxed morning.

Delicious Dining: The restaurant impressed with a variety of breakfast options and delicious evening meals. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelettes and poached eggs. While some repetition occurred in the dinner menu, the dishes were consistently well-prepared and flavorful.
Focus on Wellbeing: The hotel's commitment to your well-being truly shines. We loved the variety of free yoga and breathing sessions, with a special mention for the exceptional (and worth-the-cost) specialized breathing sessions.
Activities & Entertainment: Beyond the breathtaking scenery, the hotel offers a games room with pool tables, table tennis, and table football. We also appreciated the free shuttle to explore the charming town of Maspalomas.

The staff were soo friendly!! The rooms were fabulous, the perfect size and so clean. The breakfast buffet was the best had everything u could need. Definitely would recommend staying here was so peaceful. The perfect place for my holidays!

Food was overall good at the buffet, fruit was however poor quality.
Kids area and entertainment were good too.
It would have been great if the kids toilet was open at all times, not only a couple of hours during kids club. Esp. With main pool toilets not being the cleanest.
The free shuttle to the beach was good and reliable. We enjoyed Maspalomas beach, but the ocean is too rough with young kids. Sun longer etc are cheap there.
The free pool towel service was good, however it opened too late at 10am! It also needs better monitoring of the dreadful ‘place towel and disappear for hours’ practice most people were adopting as loungers weren’t enough in the main pools. If you are travelling with kids, place yourself in the gated kids section which was amazing to have.

I love to eat at some of the nice little restaurants along the beach looking at the sea at the same time. I have not yet stayed there but there are plenty of hotels of high standard which I have studied at Booking com. So one day.

So no kids around , not noise. Amazing view from my 7th floor room. Beach is 12-15 mins walk and Maspalomas centre and yumpo centre 15 mins. Overall really good experience.

It was my second stay at Axel Beach Maspalomas. Kevin, Maria-Carmen and Daniël are amazing hosts at the reception. They gave me such an amazing room! If you have questions or problems, they are always there to help you. Raico and Christian are a good team and even welcome you if you’re arriving at 10h45 while breakfast closes at 11h… a lot of hotels can learn from this. The cleaning team is very flexible and motivated.
Very nice, clean apartment with sea view from the balcony. Easy walk to Maspalomas Dunes and Cita Shopping Center for supermarket/restaurants. Other main shopping centers easily reachable with short taxi drive.
Our stay for 9 days at the apartment was excellent,clean,comfy,quiet,everything you need in the kitchen, fridge,washing machine,the pool outside very clean and quiet.... It is very easy to access the lovely long clean beach,restaurants, and shops. I would return again.Not far from the airport either(to plaza Maspalomas shopping centre )Thank you for everything 🥰🥰 I recommend the place if you are looking for a nice quiet holiday 😊
Great apartments with great location in Maspalomas - walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and bars. Nice kitchenette with all amenities for a short stay. And a nice pool and sundecks to enjoy the sun and catch a tan.
Ramiro was an excellent Host. Hundi kept the Apartment Complex absolutely spotless. It was literally 3 minutes from the Promenade to the Beach. The area was really quiet & classy. Only 5 minutes to the Cita SC & a bus stop, which could take you to the Yumbo Centre, Parque Tropical or in the opposite direction Faro de Maspalomas, Puerto Rico or Puerto Mogan
