Bungalow was very spacious, massive bed. All conveniences thought of: multiple sockets, usb charging, great luggage space. Big bathroom with two showers, new fluffy towels. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choicea. Nice pool (not too deep). Lot of privacy still. Good parking, not too far from restaurants. Laundry facilities on site. Grocery shop on site expensive but good. Hot water all the time. Really nothing to fault.

The resort itself needs investment as many of the areas are tired, closed down or in need of modernising. The Cita centre and Yumbo centre and several other shopping malls are concrete eyesores from a bygone era. In the case of the 2 afore mentioned establishments, they’re both horrible places to visit but both contain some truly excellent restaurants that need saving / relocating. If you want something a bit more elegant and decent then I’d recommend Meloneras and Puerto Mogan.

We could go to different centres every evening and visit different restaurants and bars. We are a family who love mini golf and we could play 5 different courses in the resort. Beach is clean with good facilities. Plenty of bus stops to get around the island. Also plenty of trip organisers if you wanted something extra.

Great beach, fantastic waves - you can even boogie board!
Great beach, fantastic waves - you can even boogie board! The water isn't too cold and it never felt too crowded. Each time we came, even during busy times, we got lounge chairs and an umbrella without any issues. The food is really good as well and not expensive. It can get hot so bring a cooler and lots of drinks.

Nice place with many restaurants and shops.
Nice place with many restaurants and shops. Nice beach with fine sand, clean water with medium waves but mostly overcrowded. Nice views and pleasure at the dunes. The people in the shops, restaurants and tourist places are polite and friendly. But the ordinary Spanish people are unfriendly. Maybe it is because of the overturism but they enjoy every possibility to make inconveniences to you. E.g. when you wait for free parking place they quickly come in front of you and block you and curse. When they see rented car they enjoy intimidating dangerous way of driving. They damage the sand castle that your child has made in front of him, etc. If these small displays of hate bother you, plan your holiday elsewhere.

It was my first visit of and enjoy every bit of it. The accommodation was clean and comfy as well as the pool area. The staff was discreet and friendly, especially Hayro who took care of my check-in. The hotel is situated nearby the Playa del Ingles beach however it is also not far from the Maspalomas beach. Yumbo center is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Definitively will come back again.
Very big old hotel middle of Playa del Ingles city center. Short way to beach and strand way.
Room was comfortable, big and new style. From balcony sea and city view up level room.
Lot of program of pool. Music stop early evening. Quiet location.
Good and variety buffet food. And Cava at breakfest.
Such a great gem in Playa del Inglés! Me and my family loved it so much!
Great location, extremely clean and cozy, amazing service, the hotel staff was super smiley and sweet. I will for sure repeat this experience!
Fantastic hotel, great foods and quality animations! all inclusive is really great and affordable. Its an adult only hotel so we really enjoyed that there were no noise of children!!
