I can simply say everything or as my wife said “It ticked all the boxes “.
The location is perfect and near to everything; the touristic areas, restaurants, shops, Plaza de Espania, everything.
The hotel is very clean and up to date. The room was capacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you will need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable. They offer a menu for the pillows from which you can choose which ever pillow you want. There was a very nice coffee center with a lot of complimentary drinks. The bathroom is marvellous.
The breakfast was an unforgettable experience. The location on the roof with a nice view of Al Kivir river. The food was of very good quality, of diverse choices and generous. The cleanliness was exquisite as expected.
The hotel staff are amazing. All of them were very helpful, pleasant and professional. They offer help and advice with a very friendly and sincere way. You don’t have to ask twice, they get you what you want immediately. I truly have to thank them for making our trip unforgettable.
