Lovely room, we had a balcony overlooking the street. Excellent shower. Underfloor heating was great. Friendly reception. Breakfast was served next door. The location is just fabulous. So close to everything and on the best food street..

Check-in was super quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We even got an early check-in without any issues. Very helpful and kind staff, especially Pablo! Very clean room, cleaned daily. Perfect location right at Plaza España and Gran Vía. Shops, bars, clubs and restaurants all super close. Had a gym, pool and spa, even though we didn’t use them. Price was great (probably because it was off-season). Worth it.

Functional and well located for central Mardrid. Clean, beautifully decorated. Great room size. Most importantly, fantastic attitude from staff, especially Jose Gutierrez, concierge at Red level. He solved every issue we had and went beyond the highest expectations. Always booking tickets, rather than just leaving it to us. Truly above and beyond!
Red level was much better and far more valuable than Club floors in other hotels we frequented. Outstanding full breakfast with super service by Charlene. The rest of the day, very tasty tapas and drinks in a lovely environment. We wish the weather was better as the private garden would have made the Red level even more attractive. We were particularly lucky to be offered the use of the hotel’s Audi Q8 for a day and some opera tickets….a real treat!

I would highly recommend this hotel! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were so lovely and attentive. I stayed here for four nights with my friend, and have absolutely no complaints, I think the hotel is amazing value for money! The bed was also super !
The location is very central and there is lots about it! Supermarket just across the road! They also gave me a slice of cake on my birthday without me even telling them it was my birthday! Thank you for a great stay!
