Location, location, location! You are in the heart of Bilbao. Is very easy to reach anywhere but also to go back to the hotel to take a nap, get changed, etc. The room was great as well, and we enjoyed the breakfast too. Would 100% recommend!
Also, our plane got delayed and we talked to reception to get the digital key for the room, in case we were too late for check in, and they fixed everything within 5 min. We could check in normally, but we really appreciated this. As well, because we came for NYE, the hotel sent us a list of places open to book for dinner, which saved us some time.
In general, we are super happy about our stay in Bilbao in Boutique Bilder hotel and we would recommend!
