The staff are amazing, very welcoming, friendly and attentive and accommodating - you feel like you’re part of a family and this is what made us feel comfortable as if we’re at home.
The hotel grounds are pretty, give you the summer island holiday feel with lovely Nubian art and decoration.

Service was very efficient, we requested boats to go to Philae Temple twice and both times the boats were prepared on time or earlier than requested.

We went to Abu Simbel one day and left around 4am, the hotel gave us breakfast boxes, the boxes were huge with a lot of sandwiches, fruits, baked goods, water, juice - so much that actually a box would suffice for 2 people instead of one.
The location of the hotel is nice because it is secluded so it is therefore very peaceful, you’re in the middle of the nile with nice views to enjoy. Since are not really interested in the city of Aswan itself and were only there to visit Philae and Abu Simbel - both of which are quite far away anyway - the location was perfect for us because we did not need the city center, so this is a point to keep in mind.

A lovely mix of Egyptians and foreign tourists. Lunch by the pool two days in a row was very good and not very expensive. Breakfast was a mix of western buffet and Egyptian, plus an egg station. Good service. We liked the shuttle boat between the Coniche and the hotel. runs regularly and added a bit of romance to the place. We spent a couple of days by the pool. Attended to by the superb Faizal, who couldn't do enough for us. The newly opened Spa did fantastic massages.

The property is really beautiful and clean and located on the West Bank, close to the public ferry and the tombs of the nobles. The facilities are new and clean. Really good place to enjoy Aswan. I also need to thank you the host Tamer for all what they have done to us. I strongly recommend for your stay in Aswan! He organized trip to Nubian village, elephantine island, high dam, the Temple of Philae, the High Dam and the missing obelisk at very reasonable price.
The view from our room was breathtaking. We could see the lovely boats sailing up the Nile. In addition, we could see the Tombs of the Nobles directly across from us. At night both the Tombs of the Nobles and the boats that travelled up the Nile were lit up. This visual experience was truly magical for us!
The homestay is near Tombs of the Nobles in West Aswan. The place is quite and cosy, however gets very cold/ I travelled solo and the host made sure that I felt welcomed throughout the trip.
Recommended for people who want to get away from hustle bustles of the city.
The Prince Guesthouse is in the perfect location. You reach it by boat - either the public ferry or private ferry to the island. From the terrace you can see Kitchener Island, the botanical gardens, and up and down the Nile towards the tombs of the Nobles. At night you can see Aswan in lights. The beds were very comfortable.
The staff were so kind and friendly. We were feeling ill when we arrived and he made us tea and took care of us.
