I didn't like anything about this location. He only takes cash at his property so that should raise a red flag! Don't believe the good reviews since there fake. I read one that says a "quiet location on a leafy street" It's not on a leafy street, the owner is a liar!! He takes random names and leaves good reviews on his page to lure people to his hotel and charges an astronomical amount IN CASH! No prepaid booking allowed either. My room was full of flies which was gross! They wouldn't even let me sleep when I was tired and woke me in the middle of the night. Report him to BOOKING and the EGYPTIAN TOURIST POLICE ASAP

Very large temple.
Very large temple. Quite difficult to understand what it is that you are seeing as there are so many rulers with difficult names. We were travelling independently but we did notice that the groups were ferried in and out at extraordinary speed. A factory production line.

We allowed ourselves 2 hours, thinking this would be enough time to see Karnak. Wrong! Get there early to avoid the heat and majority of tourists, and simply wander. There is a small Cafe which is reasonably priced beside the Sacred Lake, and a good halfway stopping point.

Mr Muhammed was very helpful and supportive in making our stay exciting and comfortable.
He helped us plan on visiting valley of the kings, Hatshepsut temple..etc. and reserving hot air balloon morning trip.
Also helped in planning a Nile trip to the Karnak Temple and Luxor temple & museum.
Overall it was exciting beautiful experience.
The location is amazing, a few steps from the river and the family's boat that takes you to the west bank. The hotel lies within walking distance from the luxor temple, Karnak temple and sphinx avenue..there are lots of banks around the hotel.
Staff are helpful and welcoming. I was offered a room a few hours before the check in time.
Location was very good, within walking distance to Luxor temple. Breakfast was good with a nice spread of various food. Staff was very friendly and ever willing to help. They even advised us on taking their local tuktuk called Blue White van for EGP2/person; which we used to travel from hotel to Karnak temple. The staff even gave us EPG1 as we had only EGP5 loose change for the 3 of us. How great is this!
Good location, just 15 minutes walk to the Karnak temple, and 5 minutes walk to the Nile river. The breakfast was very good with different choices and nice coffee. We had lunch was great with a good price. We got welcome drinks while arriving to the hotel, and the hotel owner (Elie) offered a better room for us with the same price. The hotel manager (Amzad) organised a car for our full day trips in Luxor and airport transfer on the next day with good reasonable prices.

The best part of the hotel was the nice and caring service provided by Katrin. She told us the general bargaining price for our taxi from the hotel to the Karnak Temple and talked with the driver for us. Also, you can enjoy breakfast which was not bad, accompanied by the cute birds. Also, I loved their decorations of paintings on the wall. besides, you will have a small balcony facing Nile River with two chairs.
It was fairly simple yet comfortable and it was located next to the twisted fractions that I wanted to go to. The nice staff and free breakfast were nice additions to, and easily available by phone (both reception and kitchen).

Nefertiti is located in a perfect location on the East side of the Nile in Luxor. A stones throw from Luxor temple and walkable to Karnak temple it's hard to beat what this hotel offers at a very reasonable price.
The rooftop had an incredible view of the Nile with a reasonably priced restaurant with excellent quality food.
