the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay they are always smiling and ready to help . The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food and loved the convenient location close to major attractions .

The water slides are extremely fun and they even have an elevator. The amount of activities they have all around this hotel just makes the stay exceptional. The staff is extremely kind and courteous. The food is delicious in ALL their restaurants.

From the moment I arrived, the professional staff demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction, paying attention to every detail to ensure a memorable stay.
The friendliness and respectfulness of the team truly stood out. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Moamen from the reservations team, for his follow up and assistance . Additionally, Mohamed from Jamila Restaurant and Ehab from the Mongolian Restaurant provided outstanding service that exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to guest experience was evident and greatly appreciated.
Furthermore, the housekeeping staff deserves commendation for their excellent work in maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay.
