I booked the holiday to celebrate my birthday. Everything was perfect the staff are wonderful nothing is too much trouble

The location was good and convenient. Reception Staff and Manager were very helpful and cheerful. The staff at the buffet restaurant were all very helpful, cheerful and nice to deal with. The New Year Event was superb. All the Christmas decoration were nice. Food is excellent and many choices.

Cousy, calm, excellent service, staff were helpful and friendly. you can order the food and drinks everywhere, size of the Bangles were good. facilities was great, for the Aqua park and the beach access you have to cross the street to Fiesta hotel, you also could use their swimming pool and the light snack and drink bar too (Same Group) there is a bus move between the hotel. close to by walk to Supermarket, pharmacy, souvenir shop, any many restaurant like Hard Rock cafe, McDonalds, KFC and other restaurant. The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. The beach area was big with a lot of shade and beds. The room was large with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Over all great hotel.

Her exceptional service made our experience even more memorable. The food at all the restaurants was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle service between the Rixos resorts, which allowed us to explore different restaurants and enjoy even more culinary delights. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt welcome and cared for. Their dedication and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. The vibrant market on certain days and the nightly entertainment added a lively and unique touch to our experience, keeping us engaged and entertained throughout.
