Everything was perfect! Very very nice and helpful staff. I did organized trip (was perfect and they took care of everything). Also, I had special request for breakfast due to my diet and they prepared me what I kindly asked for, which I really appreciated it. Very comfy room, all amenities, hair dryer…. Highly recommending to everyone! Had a great stay, thank you a lot :)

Everything about the hostel was excellent. Although breakfast wasn't included, it was offered at a reasonable $4/day. Our room was huge was a giant balcony overlooking the main roads. Beds and linens super comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Front reception Natalie was amazing.

The room was much larger than the photos showed. It had a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor garden. The complimentary breakfast was made to order and was delicious. The staff, Francisco, was extremely helpful. We had some concerns about the security in Quito, but Francisco answered all of our questions that put us at ease during our stay.

This hotel is a real gem! Comfortable, affordable accommodation conveniently located opposite El Ejido Park and within walking distance of the Historic Centre. The room and ensuite bathroom were spacious, clean and well appointed. The Staff were super friendly and helpful. Eddie, at reception, is worth his weight in gold! His English is very good and he went out of his way to be helpful in any way he could. If we ever return to Quito I would definitely book here again!

Large room with lots of storage. Nice modern bathroom with hot water. Location across from nice, large El Ejido park and close to La Mariscal Artisan Market. Outlets by bed. Breakfast was fresh fruit, large croissant and eggs prepared after you arrived so delivered hot, served restaurant style, not buffet. Súper nice, friendly and helpful staff, very inclusive. Airport pick up was great after a long travel day. Appreciated secured entrance.
We arrived early and they let us put our bags to safety while we visited the surroundings until the room was ready. The shared balconies are great to enjoy a beer. The neighborhood isn't the prettiest but there are nice restaurants and the El Ejido park nearby is amazing on a sunny day.
