The location, accommodations, hospitality and 24/7 host assistance was a plus for me. The bus route is located in front of the hotel and within walking distance. City Hub and its host made me feel at home. I felt like a resident. I enjoyed my entire stay and I re-booked for a few more days.

The building was stunning, very glamourous. The location was perfect, right by the train, the amusement park, close to some great bars and restaurants. Also the best part about the hotel was the pool! We loved it! We were so exhausted after our flight from the US and the heated pool and sauna was just what we needed! Highly recommend.

We went between Christmas and New Year. The Christmas market was still there and it was amazing. It was the first time my husband and son were in Copenhagen and they love it just as much as i do. We're definitely going back!

Full of children and fun, this is the centre of Copenhagen and you should not miss it. They manage to keep the children happy with the rollercosters and the more mature with the gardens. They have managed to have a bit of everything for everyone.
The Saturday night light show was ok, maybe not for me however the live concert and singing was fantastic and kept the crowd on their feet. The night ended with fireworks and impressive.
Was not my intention to visit however glad I did.

Beautiful as we were thete for Christmas. Spent a full day here but warning..as soon as you get in book a table for evening meal. We could not get a table and had to leave but re entered the gardens after we had eaten.

There are a number of entrances to Tivoli so don't worry if...
There are a number of entrances to Tivoli so don't worry if 1 seems packed. We were there for Christmas and so the decorations were excellent. Sometimes it is difficult to get places to eat, so if you are looking to eat lunchtimes or evenings, it may be better to book.
Biggest Tip, play Gallopen it is the best and great fun. Sanitise your hands afterwards though , you will see why.

Book lunch tables if you want to eat in one of the restaurants.
The food court in Tivoli garden is good always crowded and the Indian vegetarian food was very average.

The location of the Scandic Palace is great, but it feels as if you're staying in Times Square. You're right across from the City Hall, with a lively square and Tivoli Gardens that has shows, fireworks, and music until midnight most evenings. So it's LOUD if you need to open the windows, as the hotel does NOT have air conditioning. The entrance to the Strøget (pedestrian shopping street) is just off the hotel, which is super convenient. Great breakfast included in basement.
Loved the proximity to Central Station, Tivoli Gardens and foodhall and other necessities. Also all attractions in the city were walkable from the hotel.
Family room was two adjoining rooms. Staff were very very helpful in providing advice on where to eat. Great location close to train abs Tivoli Gardens. Was excellent being able to hire bikes from the hotel.
Hotel was at an excellent location near the Tivoli Gardens where there are lots of great restaurants and fun things to do! Hotel room was excellent, beds were superb and the hotel breakfast was AMAZING with so many choices! Highly recommend!!!

Interesting iPad controls for lighting, media and temperature settings. Setup for sleeping only. Large active social area on top floor to meet and mingle with 24/7 food and bar service. Unfortunately we were charged for even urn-brewed coffee.
We loved this wonderful hotel! It was in the center of the city and a very short walk to Tivoli Gardens. When we checked in, Tobias at the front desk was very kind and helpful. He gave us a fabulous room, overlooking the Tivoli Gardens fireworks on Saturday night🤩🥰
The room was good sized for Europe with a good view of the Tivoli Gardens. The Staff were all lovely. There is a full sized gym attached to the hotel which was nice. The bar/dining area looked niced but we did not eat/drink there. The location is very close to the main train station, Tivoli Gardens and the Rathaus square. It is a 30 min walk or a quick metro ride to the Nyhavn canal which is the sort of the center of all the tourist attractions.
