The location was good, 15 minute walk to central station. The facility was very clean and tidy. The showers were very nice and spacious but the sauna wasn’t the best. The bathrooms were very clean and the rooms were tidy.

We went between Christmas and New Year.
We went between Christmas and New Year. The Christmas market was still there and it was amazing. It was the first time my husband and son were in Copenhagen and they love it just as much as i do. We're definitely going back!

Full of children and fun, this is the centre of Copenhagen and you should not miss it. They manage to keep the children happy with the rollercosters and the more mature with the gardens. They have managed to have a bit of everything for everyone.
The Saturday night light show was ok, maybe not for me however the live concert and singing was fantastic and kept the crowd on their feet. The night ended with fireworks and impressive.
Was not my intention to visit however glad I did.

Beautiful as we were thete for Christmas.
Beautiful as we were thete for Christmas. Spent a full day here but warning..as soon as you get in book a table for evening meal. We could not get a table and had to leave but re entered the gardens after we had eaten.

There are a number of entrances to Tivoli so don't worry if...
There are a number of entrances to Tivoli so don't worry if 1 seems packed. We were there for Christmas and so the decorations were excellent. Sometimes it is difficult to get places to eat, so if you are looking to eat lunchtimes or evenings, it may be better to book.
Biggest Tip, play Gallopen it is the best and great fun. Sanitise your hands afterwards though , you will see why.

Book lunch tables if you want to eat in one of the restaurants.
The food court in Tivoli garden is good always crowded and the Indian vegetarian food was very average.

We enjoyed every aspect of our visit; we came to Copenhagen to visit Tivoli Gardens, the Christmas market, & a day trip to Malmo. The Hotel's location made all of that quite easy. We will return!
We chose this hotel because it was centrally located and enabled us to easily walk to Christmas markets and shops, restaurants, palaces, and Tivoli Gardens. It was also close to the Metro station, which enabled easy transportation from the airport. The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. Although the guest rooms are small, we were able to spend time with our friends in public spaces--the lobby and the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was nice, with a good variety of options. The bread and croissants were particularly delicious!
The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Tivoli Gardens and the underground station. There are many restaurants in the area. The room was good and clean, friendly staff and good breakfast.
The rooms were very well appointed with a comfortable bed and well stocked bathrooms. The hotel has a great bar downstairs and is within walking distance to the Tivoli Gardens and the main train station is right around the corner.
The bed is big enough for a couple, although I was traveling alone so it was perfect size for one person.

I only stayed one night, so it is a good hotel for a short stay.
Fabulous hotel. Travelled with family (tweens) for a short break before Christmas. Perfect location for Tivoli Gardens and exploring the Christmas markets. Loads of really lovely touches - loads of family friendly games in room, super comfortable beds, ping pong room for kids to let off steam, delicious breakfast, really friendly and attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble. We even received age appropriate Christmas gifts from under the tree. Bike hire on site. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Location is great. It is near Central station and Tivoli Gardens. You can walk everywhere from the hotel, no need to use metro for most important attractions and city center. Beds were comfortable and you get extra bedings for second person.
