The hotel is in a good location and the room was most comfortable. Lots of hot water, quiet and had perfect a/c. The included breakfast for superb, assisted by a wonderful staff including Kathleen, Oksana and Theo.
Pelin, the guest relations supervisor, worked beyond the call of duty in addressing some of my concerns with the restaurant food/service and limited tv channels in English.
Staff at reception was most helpful throughout my stay, including Oscar who tried to address my wifi/Netflix issues.
Overall, a wonderful hotel with so many positives but having some major issues corrected would make it an exceptional hotel.

We went between Christmas and New Year.
We went between Christmas and New Year. The Christmas market was still there and it was amazing. It was the first time my husband and son were in Copenhagen and they love it just as much as i do. We're definitely going back!

Full of children and fun, this is the centre of Copenhagen and you should not miss it. They manage to keep the children happy with the rollercosters and the more mature with the gardens. They have managed to have a bit of everything for everyone.
The Saturday night light show was ok, maybe not for me however the live concert and singing was fantastic and kept the crowd on their feet. The night ended with fireworks and impressive.
Was not my intention to visit however glad I did.

There are a number of entrances to Tivoli so don't worry if 1 seems packed. We were there for Christmas and so the decorations were excellent. Sometimes it is difficult to get places to eat, so if you are looking to eat lunchtimes or evenings, it may be better to book.
Biggest Tip, play Gallopen it is the best and great fun. Sanitise your hands afterwards though , you will see why.

Breakfast was five star
Hotel location was very central, next to Tivoli gardens and many cute restaurants, bars and cafes. The hotel provided bikes and umbrellas as needed also.
Bedroom, bathroom and desk area were all well sized, as was the wardrobe, and we appreciated the option to have only the linen we needed changed daily.
The location of the hostel was really great, Tivoli gardens very close with a train station, bus stop next to hostel. Staff was also very nice. It was pretty clean, maybe little bit of dust somewhere, but it was okay. Price was also pretty good for Copenhagen. We enjoyed the stay, it was good, recommend for few nights.
staff friendly and helpful.
Happy hour included well chosen beers. Really appreciated the free tea and coffee available at any time.
comfortable quiet and clean room with all necessary faciliites
Location was superb -next to station, Tivoli Gardens and we found all the buses we need to travel around Copenhagen were either side of the station (also 20 mins train to airport). good choice of restaurants, bars, cafes within a few mins walk of the hotel (including a Portugese wine bar on same road 5 mins west).
The hotel is right in the center of the attractions of Copenhagen most things are 10 minutes walk or less away. and has a metro station just outside so easy access to the airport. Central station is just over the road in front of Tivoli gardens you can easily catch a train to Helsingor and see Kronberg Castle. Well worth a stay and enjoy the Danish Hyyge.
The location is amazing. 5 min away from Tivoli gardens and the city centre. You can check in through the app and check out by just dropping you key in the box, super convenient. The hotel was really quiet.
Excellent location, very near the central train station (which brings you straight to and from the airport). The hotel was located right around the corner from Tivoli Gardens and only a short walk to the main shopping street also.
The bed was very comfortable and room was perfect.
Very nicely decorated lobby and rooms, breakfast was also really good, staff is kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to metro stations and the central train stations. Tivoli Gardens is in walking distance.
Great location, not too far from Tivoli Gardens and the train station as well as the metro. Quite clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. An excellent value for a hostel.
room was excellent, cleaning staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was top notch with wait staff very friendly and cheerful. The hotel was opposite tivoli gardens and within easy walking distance of the main train station. It provided a good base of operations for many locations. plus many others were easily within walking distance.
Hotel was 5m walking from Central station, next to Tivoli Gardens and we walked each day to our destination in Copenhagen (we didn't needed the pass for bus, metro and train). 5m from Hotel we got also shop with gifts and snacks ☺️.
The hotel personal was nice and reception 24/7. They helped with our broken electric socket (after like hour we have been at the room).
Breakfest were awesome 🤗

Tivoli Gardens is a place to spend even a whole day.
Tivoli Gardens is a place to spend even a whole day. If you want to avoid the crowds, go in in the afternoon, at least 2-3 hours before the start of the concert. The public transport is very reliable (if you get directions from google maps, even the schedule is perfectly held), however it is best to walk around the city (the major attractions are relatively near to each other, you see everything by foot for 3 days by walking around 7-8 km daily).
