The location, the staffs, and the clean room are just perfect. I had a very pleasant experience. Also, we checked in at around 11.45 am and they upgraded our room to suit room. Staffs were really helpful about everything, they let us leave our luggage at the lobby. Thank you for everything:)

The location was great for everything we did in Cologne, the Christmas markets and the Lindt Chocolate factory! The parking was easy to get to and the ticket was validated for our entire stay at the front desk when we first got there. The staff was amazing and very helpful.
