Among the top 5 properties to consider for Dresden, and it mostly delivers nicely in a nice ambience. The Reception Team did very well to ensure we were looked after and received anything we asked for along the evening, very important when traveling with small children, often having to depend on the quick response of the hotel team for a smooth experience.

I underestimated it first based on some reviews, this hotel is amazing, absolutely. Location, quality of room, kind and helpful personal, excellent breakfast and 'cake till 17:00!'. Inside, slip into a velvety red seat and admire the theatre’s grand frescoed ceiling until the overture sounds. Bravo!
Central location, which was easily accessible to Semperoper theatre, the airport, and city centre. Walking distance also to Semperoper. Great kitchen facilities. Ideal as we wanted to cook a Christmas meal together. It was warm and cosy. The owners were very thorough in making sure everything was just right, keeping in careful contact and full communication. No detail was too small.
All I needed for three nights in Dresden. Quiet, comfortable enough without frills, but it did have fridge and cooking facilities, and the reception was still open at the time I arrived. Quite close to shops and transport, and reasonable walking distance from station and Semperoper.
Location is perfect: Only 5 min walking distance from the train station. Close to everything else in the centre (Elbe, Semperoper, old town, etc).
Went for two nights on a work trip, did not have breakfast. The room was not suuper big but big enough and very clean. There was also a small desk for working.
The owner sent us interesting and practical information prior to our arrival and was communicative and responsive. We liked the location very close to Zwinger, Semperoper and the bridge to Neustadt and close to the city center and Altmarkt. There were two supermarkets (Lider and Rewe) within 200 m. The apartment was new, comfortable and spacious with two bathrooms, a well-equiped kitchencorner and a nice view from the terrace on the back. The owner had even thought of providing a shopping bag, shopping trolley and umbrellas.

Clean and spacious living room. Small kitchen with kettle and fridge. There was no AC, but it wasn't hot outside, so we were fine. Close to everything. Thanks to the reviews, we found cheaper underground parking at "Semperoper" - 6 euros for 24 hrs, and it's a short walk to the hotel.
We recently stayed at these apartments, and they were quite good, especially with the convenient parking for our car. It's a great spot if you need a rest during a road trip through Germany.
The room itself was small but comfortable, and the location was excellent – just a 7-minute drive from the center of Dresden and the Semperoper. With a few small improvements, this place could be even better.
Overall, it was a good stay and definitely worth the money!
