The location is perfect, you basically stay in the middle of the old town. Garage with elevator access straight to the hotel is a nice addition. Although to get to it you need a room card, so first time you have to take stairs. Of course it is costly, since it is right under the old part of the city. There are cheaper alternatives, just ask hotel staff.
Room was clean. Bed was comfy.
Breakfast was tasty and there was a huge variety of dishes and snacks to pick from.

I underestimated it first based on some reviews, this hotel is amazing, absolutely. Location, quality of room, kind and helpful personal, excellent breakfast and 'cake till 17:00!'. There is just nothing to complain about, only thing I want to tell them - please, please, keep it like this, I will stay at your hotel every time I pass eastern Germany.

Clean and spacious living room. Small kitchen with kettle and fridge. There was no AC, but it wasn't hot outside, so we were fine. Close to everything. Thanks to the reviews, we found cheaper underground parking at "Semperoper" - 6 euros for 24 hrs, and it's a short walk to the hotel.
We recently stayed at these apartments, and they were quite good, especially with the convenient parking for our car. It's a great spot if you need a rest during a road trip through Germany.
The room itself was small but comfortable, and the location was excellent – just a 7-minute drive from the center of Dresden and the Semperoper. With a few small improvements, this place could be even better.

I did not expect such a luxurious hotel. Our room was quite large. Everywhere was clean and spacious. The area where the pool was located was also very clean. Towels were sufficient. The location was very close to the center. We could reach everywhere by walking. There was no free parking but there is public parking near the Semperoper and it is only 6 euros per day.
The hotel is very conveniently positioned near the Royal Palace, the Semperoper, the Zwinger and in general to all major attractions. The first three are only a 5 minute walk away. The stuff was very polite and the room was very clean inside. For a short stay of 1 up to 3 nights it was a very good and within budget choice.
Excellent value for money. Perfect location in gew minutes walking distance to restaurants and shops. 30 min walk or 10 min tramride to the old town with Semperoper etc. Free parking in the street. Calm appartment with everything you need for 1-2 people. Host reacts quickly and is helpful. Checkin with key box is very convenient.
Great location, you are literally in the middle of Dresden. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport at your doorstop so can access any area of Dresden easily. Within walking distance of the major tourist attractions, Zinger Palace, Frauenkirche, Furstenzug, Semperoper, Elbe River, Brhl’s Terrace to name a few.
Location is good. Tram connectivity, super markets, restaurants and shops are at next door. owner is responsive and replied immediately the queries in the booking.com messangers only. He was supportive to provide us with an additional bed free of cost. Road side free parkings were available few meters away from the property but you need to make couple of round try. For safety, I used the Contipark Tiefgarage Semperoper (Devrientstraße 1, 01067 Dresden), the covered garage 1.5km away and they charged only 6euros per day.
