The staff are very nice and helpful. They upgraded us to a superior room which was with a great big window, 2 attached big beds and great space. I had seen their standard room before which was also very good. It is very close to the Zeil - main shopping street - with a few good restaurants in from off the hotel to have dinner at. The room has a small fridge which was convenient. Nespresso coffee is offered in the room.
