Very service-oriented, friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed as soon as we approached the building. They greeted us outside and helped us unload our car, even parked for us. Rooms were spacious and spot clean. Breakfast was the best we ever had… and we know a lot of luxury hotels. During the day the restaurant was rather empty, as well as the bar at night, except there are events hosted.

It was a very nice, clean hotel. Spacious room. Very friendly staff and nice Italian restaurant which also served food in the cosy terrasse.
Quite neighborhood with free parking. Did not mind that it was abt. 6 km away from the city as I had decided to use my own car for transport to and from the city - where there is plenty parking capacity (€28 for a full day by Frauenkirche). I can highly recommend this place and will return when I'm in Dresden, which I definitely will be - it is a fantastic and beautiful city close to the Sachsiser Switzerland 😊
