This was a self catering apartment. The last morning we had breakfast at the B&B guesthouse- delicious. The location was near the Schillergarten Biergarten on the banks of the Elbe River. Fantastic. A must see-great food!!!!

Very good location right at the Altmarkt square. The parking house is just under the Altmarkt and you get a discount once staying in the hotel paying 20 EUR instead of 28 EUR per 24hours. All the hotel facilities very fine.
About 8 minute walk to the tram stop that takes you straight to Altmarkt in 20 minutes, the inn itself is fine, nothing amazing but good enough, it looks like on the photos, I would recommend it :)

Great location - not far from Altmarkt and main Hauptbahnhof, great staff from concierge to waiters and cook staff. Simply the best! Cannot wait to return to Dresden!!
What a gem of a hotel and great find! Absolutely stunning hotel and location. It's right in the middle of Altmarkt which is the centre of Dresden, inside the old town, in front of the a big market square. There are multiple cafes and restaurants on its doorstep and a KFC and McDonalds just a 1 min walk away. There are multiple options of trams to choose from and the tram stops are both on the left and right of the property, just a 2 mins walk on either side. Overall an amazing hotel. We'll definitely be returning.

We stayed at this hotel previously and like the location for visiting the Dresden Striezelmarkt. The hotel is right on the market square and we got a room looking over the Altmarkt. It is also within easy reach of Dresden's other Christmas markets.
There are plenty of shops and food places in the Altmarkt Galerie shopping mall.
Breakfast was superb - incredible choice of hot and cold appetizers, main course, salads, fruits, deserts, beverages (juice, tea, coffee). Breakfast lasts for 4,5 hours from 6:30 to 11:00, which is convenient for both "early birds", as well as "owls".
As for location: the hotel is located abt. 20 min to Altmarkt by foot, or 3 min by tram, if you use public transport.
Excellent location, right on the Neumarkt and close to the Frauenkirche. A tram stop is also only 2 minutes away at Altmarkt.
Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and the AC was effective. Bathroom was large and well equipped.
The pillows were too soft but the staff brought firmer pillows to our room very quickly after requesting them.
Staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast was high quality with a good range of hot and cold food. There was a nice range of juices and teas also.
