I witnessed a wonderful case of honesty: on my way out for a walk, I was passed by two members of the staff who then ran after a departing car. On their return I asked what had happened. They said that they had found a Euro 50 bill on the floor of the reception. They had succeeded in stopping the car and handing over the Euro 50 bill!!!! I was so impressed that I thanked them wholeheartedly for their honesty and gave them Euro 20 finders feeb

The stuff members are very nice and ready to help. I needed to print out my train ticket and they did that for me.
The room is comfortable. The location is just perfect: in the middle of the center, walking distance from the train station, two minutes from the Freedom Square. And for those who are interested, there is a brewery on the spot.
The location on the map does a disservice to the hotel. There is a tram that is just a few steps away and I used it quite a bit. The neighborhood is quiet and my room overlooked a park. I had intended to stay in Freedom Square. I'm glad I chose this hotel because there was a food festival in the square and noisy. I visited the festival and then returned easily to my hotel. The spa facilities were nice. The guest service provided by the front desk was excellent. There is also a nice restaurant on site.
