The apartment was absolutely amazing. Very spacious; high quality finishes, and lots of thoughtful touches. Self check-in and out was very easy, and the staff responded to WhatsApp very promptly. The location could not be more central, as it is right on the square. It was a sophisticated luxury apartment at an extremely reasonable price.

Location was a short walk to the main shopping/restaurant area. Staff was very friendly and able to speak English fluently. Room was large enough and very clean.
Breakfast was a self serve buffet with many options.

The stuff members are very nice and ready to help. I needed to print out my train ticket and they did that for me.
The room is comfortable. The location is just perfect: in the middle of the center, walking distance from the train station, two minutes from the Freedom Square. And for those who are interested, there is a brewery on the spot.
The location on the map does a disservice to the hotel. There is a tram that is just a few steps away and I used it quite a bit. The neighborhood is quiet and my room overlooked a park. I had intended to stay in Freedom Square. I'm glad I chose this hotel because there was a food festival in the square and noisy. I visited the festival and then returned easily to my hotel. The spa facilities were nice. The guest service provided by the front desk was excellent. There is also a nice restaurant on site.
