I recently stayed at Plaza Prague Hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The check-in was seamless, with a warm welcome from the receptionist, who greeted me in multiple languages. The room was beautifully decorated with a classic touch and was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including a complimentary coffee machine and wine.
Breakfast was a great way to start the day, offering a good variety of fresh options and attentive staff who kept everything replenished and well-organized. Dinner was also delightful, with friendly and professional service, and the atmosphere of the restaurant and bar made for a pleasant dining experience.
The entire hotel exuded a classic, welcoming ambiance, from the decor in the public areas to the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, and very quiet. Breakfast was also great, offering even a milk alternative. Location is also great, close to Florenc Bus Station, and only one metro station away from Main Railway Station.
The hotel ambience was also very pleasant, quick check-in and check-out with a possibility to store small luggage in the reception office.
