We reserved two rooms, one was deluxe with the balcony and the other was a standard. Deluxe was very nice with beautiful city views, comfortable bed and had all essential..except AC, which is necessity in my opinion, when it’s get hotter. The standard room was good, small with nice upgrades. The room had AC , unfortunately, at night it was so loud , had to turn it off. All would be ok there, but it wasn’t quiet, all night we heard some noise in the walls, like mouse or something, constantly making noise. So, we could not sleep. Maybe it was our luck..?! The breakfast was ok, big enough selection of food, coffee and beverages.

The hotel history was extremely enchanting and the room decor was aesthetically pleasing with plenty of room for two. The location was great as it was central to the colonnades for mineral refills. The in room coffee and tea was perfect as well. Linens were lovely.

Amazing place to stay in Karlovy Vary. Fabulous location, probably the best in Karlovy Vary. Huge, comfortable rooms. The staf was professional and very helpful. We’ve got an upgrade even without asking it, but it was very much appreciated. It really made our stay! Thank you so much! Breakfast not included in the price and not fabulous, but enough choice. Free parking upon reservation which is a luxury in the city. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable, smelled fine, location was great to access a lot of restaurants and hot spring for drinking. Strong water pressure. Breakfast had standard continental fare as well as some additional Russian/Czech dishes.
I had a headache and asked the front desk if they had aspirin one night. The front desk called around and couldn’t find any but she brought me some vitamin water, tea, and a sippy cup for the hot springs. Very kind and appreciated.
