I have gotten a room in "Parkside" on the 4th floor.
The room: Super-clean, spacious, properly equipped, modernized, excellent in-room service, a bag for spa, spa mantel, slippers, hair dryer, complimentary Mattoni sparkling water, and shower hygiene products.
The hotel: The venue itself holds 300 years of history but today's hotel dates from 1877 and it is a marvel in its own right. It would be a shame to spend days there and not immerse yourself in the heritage this hotel carries. The surroundings: Karlovy Vary is a small town but extremely picturesque and rich in history; you can use a funicular just behind Grandhotel PUPP and climb the mountain to see the beautiful panorama, walk through woods or see all the springs in the town while enoying shopping for oplatki :-)
The SPA and wellness: The Franziska SPA was a super deal for me. I took 4 treatments for my back and it was amazing. Relaxing and quite helpful. There is a halotherapy room, 60, 95, and 45-degree tiny saunas, two relaxing rooms, and a nice pool with 2 bubbly smaller warmer pools. The politeness and kindnesss of the staff there was amazing. <3
The breakfast/eatery: Breakfast in Parkside was arranged in the reception hall and just eating in that kind of luxurious atmosphere is jaw dropping. Other than that very tasty and scrumptious breakfast with more than plenty of food and beverage choices.
The PUPP Caffee: Cosy, beautifully furnished with excellent coffee, patient staff, and amazing cakes.
The New Year's concert in the amazing art nouveau "Festive Hall" was one of the best venue experience I had in years! This was truly a beautiful evening!

Great accommodation. Absolutely amazing location, right in the centre. Excellent cleanliness, comfortable and well furnished. We appreciated the separate toilet and bathroom. The communication with the hosts is also definitely worth a positive mention. Just a small note on the description or translation: our room did not have a lake view (there is none ;) , but the the river and the hot spring view.
The space is very spacious, and the living room and kitchen provided all the necessary amenities. We had a very comfortable two-night stay. The location is also excellent, with a convenient parking lot right across the street (a maximum of 300kr per day, and free after 7 PM, which is a reasonable price). It's also within walking distance to the hot springs road.
The hotel is well situated. The town is small, and the hotel is well situated - near the start of the all the hot springs and below the Saunia pool/sauna. The room was hygenic and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. Would recommend.
Location was very close to hot spring-fed Tepla River and all the main sights. Apartment had a large bedroom and loungeroom. Kitchen had all the facilities to cook if required. Kind host met me at the premises.

Well renovated very traditional Karlovy Vary building. The location is just best - great views over the river and Saunia spa complex with outdoor bath filled with 100% thermal water. For 699 CZK you can use all the facilities for 3 hours. Relaxing in hot spring pool is also included. We layed there for almost an hour while ouside temperature was 7 degrees. Beer price is 55-65 CZK. Do not miss the walk to all springs and colonnades up to Hot Spring Colonnade.
Spacious, quiet room in a lovely part of town convenient to the hot springs. The multi-lingual front desk staff were very friendly, and the indoor pool with windows was a plus.
We liked our stay in the apartment. It was very clean, cozy and quiet. The parking was convenient and inexpensive. The center with all the tourist attractions, hot springs and restaurants is a walking distance from the place. A supermarket is right on the corner. And the owner is just a super host, he helped us in not a trivial situation, was always supportive, kind and positive. We hope to get back!
