Checking in process quick. Staff/Customer service were great. I was able to organize some flowers on arrival for my wife’s birthday. They threw in a bottle of wine. The elevators were good. We had a double room and it was small but not tiny. No chairs or table. Bar Refrigerator with no mini bar. Big enough for @ 10 bottles of drink. A Kettle provided. No Microwave. Television has a few English Channels. Rest were local language. Air conditioning/heating was good. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were really soft. Wardrobe space was small. The Shower water pressure was very good and didn’t run out of hot water. Water Temperature was constant. Towels were soft and fresh WiFi was strong The room was beside the river and very quiet The breakfast was really good. Probably one of the best we’ve had Everything you needed.

First of all, we liked the very friendly and helpful staff. Then the location of the hotel is also perfect, we had a lovely view from the window and the vibe of the hotel was generally very cosy - not like a big chain hotel.

This luxurious little hotel is located in a lovely historical building from the 16th century, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. It offers a camera-guarded parking lot in the garden.

- perfect, perfect looking room - very comfortable mattress and pillow - very friendly staff - in room was everything you need and just in case (2 desks, armchair, stool, hair dryer, even ear sticks, tissues) - garden - it is located 5 metres behind tourist's zone so it is close to the centre and there is no big tourist's traffic outside - room was much better than I expected

Located above restaurant, which is good rated. The food and drinks were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, with everything you need and very comfortable. Clean bathroom with good shower. You’ll have an amazing river view from each apartment. Location- is close to everywhere. AC would be a plus, but for us it still was ok.

Hotel Gold is located in a municipal park on the banks of the Vltava river, close to the historical centre of Český Krumlov.
