hen we reached the hotel the person who was in the reception came outside welcoming us and helped us with the luggage and she was super friendly. She welcomed us with coffee and water and they have variety of drinks available on the lobby and she told us you can come any time to have a drink and it is for free. The room was really nice and clean. Everyone, is working on this hotel is super friendly. We booked 3 nights with a breakfast. The guys who worked at the cafe was super friendly also. We requested gluten free bread they bring in to us immediately. They treated us like we were friends. From the check in the check out. Definitely will come back again. The lobby is really nice every day I was sitting there for at least one hour. I highly recommend if you are visiting Prague.

The room was beautiful and very cosy, and they seemed to have thought of everything. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfy, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. We found the staff at reception and in the cafe/bar friendly and helpful, and it was lovely to sit in the cafe/bar after a day walking the city. It's honestly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at and excellent value for money.
