The staff was very welcoming, did most everything to make us feel @ home. Very good recommendations on where to eat and tips for our onward trip to Santo Antao. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was served early (from 7.00 onwards) in buffet style and packed everything you needed. Overall very much enjoyed our stay.

The place is really cool, in an old colonial building, centrally located. 20 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to the ferry harbor. The restaurant downstairs is open late with live music. But then it's very quiet when you sleep. It's right on the street too so that's pretty cool. And you have a nice breakfast there in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel located right in the central square of the city with my son. Its prime location made exploring the main tourist attractions incredibly convenient, as everything was just a short walk away. There was no need for taxis or other transportation to reach nearby restaurants and services.
