I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Freddie at the front desk—he truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I really enjoyed my stay. The room size was excellent and the cleaning staff ensured the rooms were clean every morning. The beds are a bit too firm for me but I still sleep relatively well. There is a mini-bar in the room that contains various snacks and drinks and although they are not included in the room rate, the prices are reasonable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The buffet include cereals, omelets made to order, breads, waffles, coffee, juices, and more.

The bed and comforter is very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is casual, but the food is good. Breakfast has a smorgasbord of options, breads, fruits, eggs, colombian specialties and a cook who prepares scrambled eggs and omelettes on the spot. Dinner menu is reasonable and expansive. There is a patio on the 15th floor with a wide view of the city where after 5 PM you can have a glass of wine or cocktail, or even order from the restaurant menu.
