The last night there was no water at all. Despite, They had a notice paper in the reception they indicated it was not a problem because they had enough water in their tank, but evidently they was not prepared for that service interruption.

This small, boutique hotel is well located in La. andelaria, situated between the Botera Museum and the main plaza, and is consequently base for exploring this area. Breakfast was excellent, served in an elegantly decorated room. Our room was large and elegantly furnished. Staff were welcoming.

One of the best museums I have ever visited! Beautiful collections and a suitable amount of information. Best of all was the professional lightning that made it possible to see all the objects well and even to take good pictures.

The staff here were attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was great. There was no extra charge for anything at breakfast. The location was really central, we walked to the gold museum, the Botero museum, restaurants and to the much needed laundromat! Room was big, and not too noisy despite overlooking the street. Not many rooms, so it wasn't very busy or noisy.
The location is great, you're in walking distance of the Gold Museum, an ATM, as well as many restaurants.
The room itself is spacious! Heaps of room, it's fresh, well kept, stocked. It's a modern renovated apartment and all entry doors are electronic. Amenities are optimal and very nice for the price! As a solo traveller I recommend this place.
We stayed in a private room on the 6th floor. The room was huge, bathroom and shower were amazing. It was so quiet. John on reception made us feel so welcome as we had just arrived from Ireland totally exhausted. We cannot thank him enough. Breakfast was such good value and delicious. We also used the hydrotherapy pool for a small fee which was well worth it, we were the only ones there.

PLEASE notice that it is very hard to find people that speak english in colombia [even in hotels] so before you visit the country start ur spanish lessons
Lovely, helpful staff, many of whom speak good English. Everything well kept. Quite a few local shops and restaurants nearby. Uber to Gold Museum etc about 20,000 COP.. if you're travelling around they'll look after your luggage.
Location and free breakfast; right next to TransMilenio station; one bus stop away to both national museum or gold museum; room is new and comfortable; WiFi connection is strong; souvenir at lobby they sell are resonable price (I feel is even cheaper).
