This former monastery dating from the 17th Century offers rooms with balconies overlooking the hotel’s gardens or the Caribbean.

Breakfast: A nice buffet. The pastries don't live up to European standards though. Pool: Decent pool area. It can get very crowded though, so people start to reserve sun beds early in the morning. Bar: Beautiful rooftop bar with a cool DJ and sometimes some live saxophone music. Very mellow and chill. Room: They prepared beautiful rose petals and little LED candles since it was our honeymoon.
