We really liked the Bamboo Leaf Hotel and the staff, especially Vivianne who helped us with booking tours and borrowing scooters and bikes. She is super friendly, kind, caring, efficient and speaks excellent English which helped us so much! The whole staff was very friendly and helped look after all our needs! We would highly recommend this beautiful, clean, well-designed high-end hotell for the value, incredible service and mostly the delightful staff working here! The setting is perfect, overlooking the river and nestled below karst mountains. Walking and riding bikes along the river straight from the hotel parking lot was a bonus. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It felt so homey and comfortable - we loved it. We appreciated the ecological mindset and practices. The fire in the lounge was a blessing after a night out at Impressions LiuSanJie!
